Now that you have properties, one the challenges many people face is finding a buyer. Well, don’t worry, I’ve got that covered as well. Cameron I am obtaining 110 townhouse size lots (mainly worth $2000, a few more) due to a lawsuit settlement. They are in a subdivision in San Antonio. Can Iflip be used to build a buyers list, how big? Are bird dogs used on the property selling side? Is it a problem if it takes several months to access IFlip due to legal process?
